Lead Full Stack Engineer

Must-Have Skills & Experience:9+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3.Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., for coding, testing, documentation, orproductivity) to drive efficiency and speed in software delivery.Solid background in unit testing & E2E testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).Familiarity with REST APIs and effective web service integration.Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).Experience leading a team of developers, mentoring a small team of developers & reviewing codequality.Experience with package upgrade and micro frontend architecture.Proficient with Git, Agile-Scrum, and issue tracking tools (JIRA).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.Proven experience leading or mentoring a small team of developers.Nice to Have:Experience with Redux middleware (Thunk, Saga, Observable).Exposure to full-stack development (Node.js, APIs).Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSocket’s.Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).SaaS or E Commerce domain experience.
