Arch with 1-3 years of experience in Landscape Design/ Apartment complex design.Proficient in landscape/ Architecture construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 rendering software Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Work Details:Location: H-0, ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 560066Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday - Sunday Off)
