Join us in helping leading organizations unlock the value of automation and orchestration technologies to drive scalable, sustainable growth.Your RoleAs a Lead Engineer specializing in Network Automation and Orchestration, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop Python-based automation frameworks, integrate orchestration platforms, and enable agile delivery for network services.In this role, you will:Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation frameworks for network services.Design and implement solutions using Network Services Orchestrators (e.g., Cisco NSO).Model network configurations using YANG and XML for automation workflows.Collaborate with teams to deliver cloud-native solutions leveraging microservices and containers.Implement CI/CD pipelines and best practices for continuous integration and deployment.Work on container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker, including Helm charts.Integrate automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.Contribute to BPMN-based workflows using tools like Camunda, N8N, or Temporal.Ensure adherence to security best practices in automation solutions.Your ProfileStrong experience in Python development and scripting for automation.Hands-on expertise in network automation and orchestration.Familiarity with Network Services Orchestrators (Cisco NSO preferred).Proficiency in YANG data modeling and XML for network configuration.Experience with cloud-native development practices and containerization.Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and DevOps best practices.Exposure to wireline network technologies (IP/MPLS, L3VPN, SD-WAN) and routers (Cisco/Juniper).Additional skills in UI development (React JS) and awareness of AI-based development patterns are a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.What You’ll Love About Working HereFlexible work options and a collaborative environment.Opportunities to work on cutting-edge automation and orchestration technologies.Continuous learning and certifications in emerging technologies like cloud and AI.About UsAt Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world’s most innovative companies unleash their potential.
