Position: Physical Design EngineerExperience: 4–6 YearsLocation: Bangalore & Hyderabad (On-site)We are hiring a Physical Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in block-level physical design to support high-quality silicon delivery. This role involves complete ownership of block-level implementation from synthesis to sign-off, with a clear focus on timing, PPA, and design closure.Job Description:Own block-level physical design from synthesis to sign-off, including floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and optimizationExecute full PnR flows using industry-standard tools such as Synopsys ICC2 or Cadence Innovus and drive closure on timing, congestion, power, and signal integrityPerform STA, ensure block-level timing closure, and support smooth top-level integrationHandle ECO implementation, logic updates, and ensure functional correctness and design stabilityAchieve best-in-class PPA targets, ensure DRC/LVS closure, and adhere to design rule complianceCollaborate closely with RTL, DFT, and verification teams, and leverage scripting (TCL / Perl / Python) for flow automation and productivity improvementsIf you’re looking for end-to-end block ownership and the opportunity to contribute directly to production silicon, this role offers meaningful impact and technical depth.Regards,Karthik Kumarkarthik.adasu@
