RPA Architect

We are looking for an experienced RPA Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath to design and deliver enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end RPA initiatives, work closely with business and sales teams, and drive automation strategy aligned with organizational goals.Experience: 10+ YearsLocation: Bangalore / India (Open to Travel – Domestic & International)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable, native RPA architectures for enterprise-grade systemsArchitect and lead development of RPA solutions, including intelligent bots and autonomous automation systemsProvide end-to-end technical solutions across RPA lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and monitoringEnsure seamless integration of RPA solutions with enterprise platforms, cloud services, and APIsLead end-to-end delivery of RPA projects from requirement gathering through production supportOwn and define the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectivesEstablish and enforce best practices in RPA development, AI/ML models (where applicable), and software engineering standardsCollaborate with sales and business teams to articulate RPA solution feasibility and business valueRespond to RFPs/RFIs, contribute to proposal writing, effort estimations, and client presentationsDeliver technical demos and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to clients and internal stakeholdersLead, mentor, and manage RPA development teams, ensuring high-quality deliveryTravel domestically and internationally for client meetings, project delivery, and team coordination, as requiredRequired Skills & QualificationsOverall 10+ years of experience in RPAStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and UiPathProven expertise in RPA architecture design and enterprise automation strategyExperience working on large-scale, complex RPA programsStrong understanding of system integration, APIs, and cloud platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong people management and leadership capabilities
