Job Title: Salesforce Technical ArchitectRole: Salesforce Technical ArchitectSalesforce Architect - Minimum 10 + years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience in Apex, Integration and Lightning Web Component, Field Service LightningJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce professional with a minimum of 10+ (Architect) of hands-on experience to design, implement, and support salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, utilizing Salesforce OOTB features, APEX Programming, integrating with other systems, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to enhance field operations. Exposure to Field Service Lightning functionalitySalesforce Technical Architect are responsible for overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation, work closely with the business team and stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization’s needsKey ResponsibilitiesTheir duties and responsibilities include:Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projectsTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and productsArchitect, design, and develop advanced custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programmingHands-on design and development of custom solutions on the platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, Field Service Lightning and data migrationProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionalityDevelop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform, Integrate with third-party applications and other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectation, and maintaining system integrity Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guidesEnsure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the systemPerform code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being usedProvide mentorship and supervise development teamStay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalitiesOptimize scheduling and routing functionalities to improve efficiencyProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing implementations.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.Required Skills and Qualifications• Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.Proficiency in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Integration and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools: Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.Field Service Lightning experienceExperience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).Certifications (preferred): ArchitectSalesforce Certified PD IISalesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Identity and Access Management Architect Sharing and Visibility Architect Development Lifecycle & deployment ArchitectTechnical Architect or Application ArchitectData Architect – Nice to have• Experience:Architect 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (PI Planning and other Scrum Ceremonies).Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (Copado, Auto-rabbit or Flosum) Maning• Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.Stakeholder managementTeam Management
