Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BEV Systems Integration Engineer to lead and support the integration of complex systems within our Battery Electric Vehicle platforms. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and software systems, with a focus on performance, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the integration of vehicle systems including battery packs, power electronics, electric drive units, thermal systems, and control software.Develop and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications.Coordinate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure system compatibility and performance.Support vehicle-level testing and validation, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 26262, UNECE R100).Manage system integration timelines and deliverables across multiple teams.Utilize tools such as CANalyzer, MATLAB/Simulink, and vehicle simulation platforms for analysis and validation.Document integration processes and maintain traceability of requirements and changes. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in automotive systems integration, preferably in BEV or hybrid vehicles.Strong understanding of vehicle electrical architecture, high-voltage systems, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).Experience with system modelling and simulation tools.Familiarity with functional safety and cybersecurity standards.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).Knowledge of thermal management systems for EVs.Hands-on experience with vehicle testing and diagnostics.Experience working in Agile development environments.
