You’ll help design, build, and test next-generation mechanical systems that power Ossus’ hydrogen generation technologies.If you love hands-on problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and sustainable innovation, this is your chance to make a real-world impact.What You’ll DoSupport the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD).Build and assemble prototypes using 3D printing, machining, and other rapid prototyping techniques.Conduct tests, collect data, and validate performance to improve mechanical design.Diagnose and resolve design or performance issues during development.Prepare technical drawings, assembly documentation, and test reports.Collaborate with electrical, controls, and process teams to develop integrated systems.Suggest design improvements based on testing and user feedback.What We’re Looking ForPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Strong grasp of design principles, materials, and manufacturing methods.Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).Hands-on experience with prototyping — 3D printing, machining, or fabrication.Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative prototyping environment.Strong teamwork, documentation, and communication skills.Good to HaveExperience with pressure systems, valves, or test rigs.Familiarity with CFD or structural simulations.Exposure to product development lifecycles — from concept to pilot testing.Prior internship or project experience involving hardware prototyping or system integration.Why You’ll Love Working With UsHands-on impact: See your designs come to life through real-world prototypes.Learning & mentorship: Work directly with experienced engineers and innovators.Cross-disciplinary exposure: Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and process design.Purpose-driven work: Every project contributes to India’s clean energy transformation.Fast growth environment: Get ownership of projects and build a strong foundation for your engineering career
