The ideal candidate will be a driver of process, accountability, customer engagement, and strategy. This will be driven from a proven ability to plan and execute scalable strategies, superior client management, escalation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Requirements5+ years of professional engineering experience using React and Redux and TypeScript2+ years of professional engineering experience using end-to-end (E2E) testing frameworks like CypressExperience working with React formsMandatory travel to a client site office in Bangalore 5 days a weekExpertise with JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular, HTML/CSS, Webpack, SASS, component libraries, Rest, Git, CI/CD practices and Testing (including complex unit tests, integration tests, etc)Solid understanding of SDLC and Browser performance: being able to pick up new technologies and capable of doing high level Systems DesignStaying up to date on industry trendsExcellent communicationNice to HavesExperience working with React chart frameworksExperience migrating a project from Angular to ReactExperience working with and adding dark mode to a websiteWhat makes you stand out from the pack:Payments or Asset/Wealth Management experienceMature server development and knowledge of frameworks, preferably SpringEnterprise experience working and building enterprise products, long term tenure at enterprise-level organizations, experience working with a remote team, and being an avid practitioner in their craftYou have pushed code into production and have deployed multiple products to market, but are missing the visibility of a small team within a large enterprise technology environment.You enjoy coaching junior engineers, but want to remain hands-on with code.
