Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Mandarin Chinese) for our Chinese Content division. This role offers a unique opportunity to create top-quality educational content, lead a small team, and provide strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of US-based learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Mandarin Chinese and English, a background in language education, and the ability to foster a creative and engaging learning environment that motivates users to keep coming back.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop engaging Mandarin Chinese language learning content tailored specifically for the US market.Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive, comprehensive curriculum that fits within the broader language learning program.Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine content for maximum engagement and effectiveness, closely monitoring completion rates to enhance user retention.Stay informed on current trends in language education to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the content and maintain user curiosity.QualificationsProficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.Proven experience creating engaging content for language learning, ideally within digital platforms.Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.Creative thinker who is adept at leveraging data insights to boost user engagement.Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Chinese, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
