The School of Law (SoL), RV University, The School of Law offers two undergraduate programs: B.A. LL.B., B.Sc.(Hons.) and BBA LL.B. We also offer a postgraduate program: LL.M. All the programs are compliant with the BCI Rules of Education. In collaboration with other schools at RVU, our students will also have access to various interdisciplinary courses, which will give them varied perspectives to analyse legal issues, thus building on their critical analysis skills. The students will also have the opportunity to be a part of research centres and, student clubs and societies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Faculty of Law position (Associate Professors & Professors only levels. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate law courses, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional administrative duties include mentoring students, participating in faculty meetings, and engaging in academic and professional service within the university.Associate Professor Minimum QualificationsAcademic Record and DegreesPh.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Law or a relevant field.ExperienceMinimum eight years of teaching and/or research experience in an academic/research position equivalent to Assistant Professor at a university/college or accredited research institution or industryProfessor Minimum QualificationsPh.D. degree in the relevant/allied discipline.Minimum ten years of teaching experience in university/college at levels including Assistant/Associate Professor.You are requested to apply by sharing your detailed resume by email mentioning the position in the subject line, along with all supporting documents to .
