The Football Coach Partner will work closely with athletes to develop their skills, create personalized training programs, and provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship. The role will involve monitoring player performance, designing tactical and technical training plans, and fostering strong, effective communication with athletes and team members.QualificationsProficiency in Football Coaching, Coaching, and football-specific skillsStrong Communication and mentoring skillsAIFF D(Mandatory)Experience in designing and implementing effective Training programsAbility to analyze player performance and develop improvement strategiesPassion for football and fostering the growth of athletesProven experience in coaching roles at any level is preferredBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is advantageous
