We are committed to empowering students from Grades 6 to 12+ through innovative, engaging, and result-oriented learning experiences.Role: Inside Sales Executive OR Direct Sales ExecutiveAs an Inside or Direct Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales: Connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.Consultative Selling: Understand the academic needs of students and parents and recommend tailored solutions to boost product adoption.Revenue Growth: Strategize and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement and referrals.Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.Home Conductions (for Direct Sales): Conduct home visits to engage with leads in person and demonstrate the product effectively.Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales acumen and a result-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred)Self-motivated and collaborative team playerQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any disciplineInside Sales: Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience, with at least 1 year in the EdTech industry (preferably in K–12 or test prep)Direct Sales: Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to applyWork Conditions6-day work week (Monday fixed off)Must own a laptop/device for work-related tasksAttractive incentives based on performance
