Position: S/4 HANA Migration Consultant – PL/SQL (HANA)Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)Experience Required: 5+ YearsSalary: Up to ₹1.3 Lakh per monthJoining: June 2026 (Staggered Onboarding)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented S/4 HANA Migration Consultant – PL/SQL (HANA) to support enterprise-scale SAP S/4 HANA migration and integration projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle databases, PL/SQL development, ETL processes, and enterprise system integrations.This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration, optimal database performance, and successful deployment across environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop, modify, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and scripts for SAP S/4 HANA migration projectsPerform database migration activities while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimizationDesign, build, and support ETL workflows using Informatica or similar ETL toolsCollaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather and understand requirementsSupport system configuration, deployment activities, integration testing, and UAT processesTroubleshoot migration and integration issues, ensuring timely resolutionTranslate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutionsEnsure compliance with SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practicesAssist in performance tuning, query optimization, and database monitoringPrepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in database development, migration, and integration projectsStrong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL developmentExperience working on SAP S/4 HANA migration projectsGood understanding of ETL processes and tools such as Informatica or equivalentKnowledge of Shell scripting and/or PythonUnderstanding of SDLC methodologies and enterprise infrastructure environmentsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred Skills:Experience in large-scale enterprise migration programsExposure to SAP integration environmentsFamiliarity with performance tuning and database optimization techniquesAbility to work in collaborative and fast-paced project environments
