Business Giseness is a growing multi-lingual podcast channel that brings out real, unfiltered stories of founders, professionals, and industry leaders across sectors.The show focuses on:Entrepreneurial journeys (successes, failures, turning points)Business insights across industries like tech, manufacturing, media, and servicesPractical lessons for students, professionals, and aspiring foundersWithin a short span, Business Giseness has built strong traction on YouTube and social media, featuring conversations with founders, creators, and domain experts. The goal is to build it into a leading business podcast platform from India, known for depth, authenticity, and meaningful conversations. You will be working directly with the Founder, Abhiram Chandramohan, who brings experience across product development, consulting, and content creation.About the RoleYou will work directly with the Founder on building and scaling Business Giseness.This role involves a mix of research, outreach, coordination, and content support. You will play a key role in identifying the right guests, initiating conversations, and helping shape high-quality podcast episodes.Key Responsibilities: Identify potential podcast guests (founders, professionals, creators, experts)Build and maintain a structured list/database of prospectsConduct basic background research on shortlisted profiles Reach out to potential guests via LinkedIn, email, or other channelsShare details about the podcast and invite them to participateFollow up and track responses to ensure conversionsSchedule podcast recordings in coordination with the FounderShare pre-recording instructions and ensure readinessMaintain communication with confirmed guestsPrepare basic research briefs on guests before recordingsIdentify key talking points and relevant topicsSupport in organizing episode-related information.Skills & Requirements:Good communication skillsStrong internet research abilityBasic familiarity with LinkedIn and professional communicationOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to take ownership and follow throughHigh-performing candidates may be considered for a long-term role within the Founder’s Office, with expanded responsibilities across content, partnerships, and growth.
