With a focus on employee onboarding and addressing employee concerns, they will ensure a positive employee experience and smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experienceServe as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding journey, addressing queries and facilitating introductions to teams and managersAddress and resolve employee concerns and queries, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for employeesSupport employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and strengthen company cultureProvide feedback and suggestions for improving onboarding processes and employee experienceMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulationsAssist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs as required.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in onboarding and employee relations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding tools is an advantage.Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.Why Join Us:Opportunity to shape a cutting-edge EOR platform used by global companiesWork in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment that values innovationGain exposure to international business practices and cross-border employment solutionsThis is a work-from-office role based at our headquarters in the heart of Bengaluru.
