The Director will own revenue growth strategy and operating execution across Amazon, Walmart, the brand’s direct e-commerce store, and future marketplace expansion opportunities in North America, EMEA, and APAC.The role combines commercial ownership with hands-on digital growth leadership across marketplace operations, e-commerce merchandising, channel expansion, pricing and promotions, performance marketing, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has deep experience scaling online sales for company’s products & brand in the international markets, launching and managing multiple marketplaces, and running high-performance acquisition programs across Google, Amazon Ads, Meta, and other digital channels. This role requires brand-building leadership, including scaling brand awareness, consideration, (especially US and EU), not just performance-driven revenue growth.What you will do:Global E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue Ownership Own the global online sales strategy across marketplaces and the company’s direct e-commerce store, with clear accountability for revenue, growth, margin, traffic, and conversion.Build annual and quarterly plans for online growth across NA, EMEA, and APAC, aligned to product launches, regional priorities, pricing strategy, and inventory availability.Define channel roles and market expansion priorities by region, including where to scale existing channels and where to enter new marketplaces.Balance short-term performance marketing with long-term brand equity developmentA strong product marketing ownership, translating product innovation into compelling value propositions to scale digital growthProduct Marketing & Brand Building Product marketing capabilities, including go-to-market planning, value proposition development, messaging frameworks, launch orchestration, and lifecycle marketing across regions.Experience in upper- and mid-funnel initiatives (brand campaigns, video, influencers, premium content, Storefronts) alongside ROAS-led acquisition.A leader who can influence product, creative, and regional teams around brand narrative and market positioning.Marketplace and D2C Sales & Expansion Lead and grow the company’s e-commerce business across existing marketplace channels and the D2C store, with ownership of revenue, traffic, conversion, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and overall performance.Expand online sales by launching new marketplaces and optimizing marketplace operations, including listings, content, catalog health, compliance, inventory coordination, and cross-functional execution with product, web, analytics, and operations teams.Paid Media & Demand Generation Lead the global paid media strategy across Google, Amazon Ads, Meta, and other relevant performance channels, with accountability for efficient demand generation and revenue growth.Set channel mix, budgets, attribution framework, testing roadmap, and performance targets such as ROAS, CAC, ACoS, MER, and contribution margin.Partner with internal teams and external agencies to continuously improve campaign structure, audience strategy, creative effectiveness, and conversion performance.Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with sales, product marketing, pricing, finance, supply chain, legal, and regional stakeholders to ensure online channel execution aligns with broader business priorities.Partner with operations and supply teams to manage inventory health, in-stock rates, fulfillment readiness, and marketplace service levels.Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team across marketplace management, digital marketing, content, analytics, and channel operations.Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Establish clear KPI dashboards and business reviews covering traffic, conversion, ad efficiency, revenue, margin, channel profitability, and regional performance.Use data to diagnose growth opportunities, channel gaps, and execution issues, and translate insights into action plans.Continuously benchmark competitors, marketplace trends, and consumer behavior to refine channel strategy and identify whitespace opportunities.Who You Are and What You Bring Experience 15+ years of experience in product company, product e-commerce, product branding, digital commerce, marketplace management, or performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven success scaling online revenue across marketplaces and owned e-commerce channels in multiple regions.Experience building and scaling brands in US and European markets. Prior leadership in product marketing, GTM execution, and launches for premium consumer products.Experience managing large digital media budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes across Google, Amazon Ads, Meta, and related channels.Experience in consumer technology, electronics, energy, home technology, or other considered-purchase categories is strongly preferred.Skills Deep expertise in global marketplace operations, brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling online sales strategy, and performance optimization.Success in the role requires a brand-led commercial mindset, not only operational or media optimization strengthStrong understanding of Amazon and Walmart ecosystems, along with the ability to evaluate and scale additional marketplaces.Commercially strong with the ability to balance revenue growth, profitability, pricing, promotions, and channel investment.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capability in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.Education Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred.Preferred Qualifications Experience leading global or multi-region online businesses across NA, EMEA, and APAC.Experience with scaling premium or technology brands internationally, particularly in North America and Europe.Experience with international e-commerce expansion, cross-border selling, and region-specific marketplace strategies.Familiarity with platforms and tools across web analytics, CRM, product feeds, marketplace tooling, content optimization, and marketing automation.
