With 10,000+ SKUs and a strong presence across e-commerce platforms, we are building a design-led, technology-driven brand poised for rapid scale in India and global markets.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and sharp Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder/Leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution across business priorities, enabling leadership to focus on strategic growth.Key Responsibilities1. Execution & Task ManagementTrack key business initiatives and ensure timely executionFollow up with teams (marketing, operations, product, finance) on deliverablesPrepare daily/weekly task trackers and updates2. Business CoordinationAssist in cross-functional coordination across departmentsSupport product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiativesLiaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders3. Data & ReportingPrepare reports, presentations, and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets)Analyze basic business metrics (sales, inventory, performance)Maintain structured documentation of key decisions and processes4. Personal & Administrative SupportHandle travel planning, scheduling, and logisticsManage confidential information with discretionAssist in personal errands if required (startup environment flexibility)5.
