Manager– Supplier Relations & Business DevelopmentJob Description –● Airline relationship management through periodic meetings with relevantteammembers in airlines as per the portfolio assigned.● Responsible for renewal of PLB agreements with Airlines● Responsible for Onboarding New airlines● Grow Revenue per Segment (RPS)● Maintain Airline Performance reports, Analyze trends an take corrective actionsbasis the analysis● Evaluate and track business performance against various financial andnon-financial parameters● Maintain POC details and Escalation matrix for all airlines under the portfolio● To check and maintain capacity / top airline partners information / deals running inmarket● SWAT analysis for competitors pricing and content● Strong connect with market, sound interpersonal and communication skills● Coordinate with Internal departments for execution of Tactical deals and airlinepromotions● Closing Commercial deals and ensuring maximum profits across businesschannels.● Drive implementation for New Product and Debugging any Issues in coordinationwith Product and Engineering Team●● Strong ability to analyze airline performance data and identify trends, gaps, andopportunities.● • Skilled in evaluating RPS, revenue drivers, and segmentperformance to support strategic decisions.● • Proficient in conducting competitive pricing and market analysis tostay ahead of industry trends.● • Ability to create and interpret dashboards and reports for businessperformance tracking.● • Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making mindsetRequirement:● Minimum: Graduate● 4-7 years years in Travel Industry (strong understanding of Travel business)● People with Airline / GDS background would be preferred● People with Similar Job profile would be preferred with OTA / B2B / TMCcompanies would be preferred● Strong Analytical Acumen
