We are passionate about helping creators succeed and are looking for enthusiastic interns to support our Customer Success team.Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities:● Assist the Customer Success team in managing creator accounts.● Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of basic support requests.● Work closely with internal teams to track and follow up on customer feedback.● Help in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth experience.● Monitor and report customer activity and engagement.● Maintain documentation and update customer data in our systems.● Shadow senior CSMs and support them in execution of success plans.What We're Looking For:● Recent graduates or final-year students (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).● Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.● Passion for customer service and problem-solving attitude.● Good organizational skills and attention to detail.● Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.● Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech is a plus, but not required.What You'll Gain:● Hands-on exposure to real-world customer success operations.● Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the SaaS industry.
