Join us in redefining the future of finance through innovation, technology, and a commitment to financial inclusivity.Job Title: Program Manager - CategoryEducation: BE/Btech or MBA or EquivalentExperience: 1-4 yearsLocation: BangloreOverview:As a Program Manager , you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and programs aimed at driving offline org scale-up, training, engagement and life-cycle management leading to higher productivity of this org. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of Business operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with top management as well as regional teams, HR, tech etc.Role and Responsibilities:Business Planning:Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing) to drive alignment and execution of business goals in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).Manage the end-to-end planning process, including development of business plans and targets, resource allocation, and cross-functional approval and alignment, ensuring all teams are aligned with business objectives.Program Management:Establish and maintain performance management tools and procedures (e.g., performance dashboards), and coordinate with tech and product for automated performance tracking.Monitor and review monthly/quarterly progress of critical initiatives and programs with teams, presenting strategic insights to senior management.Develop and manage actionable data and dashboards, generating insights to drive key input metrics through regular review cadence.Lead Business and Operations engagement initiatives, including contests and gamification at the organizational level to drive motivation and performance..Serve as the custodian for productivity enhancement programs, implementing initiatives, incentives, engagement, and ensuring daily workforce tracking and rigor.Design and drive plans and initiatives around growth, scale-up in terms of productivity, overall engagement.Progress Monitoring and Execution:Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress and performance for all initiatives and lifecycle.Regularly analyze program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with Business Team on ground to highlight scope of improvement and take recurring feedback back to central teams for planningQualifications:BE/Btech or MBA or BE/Btech+MBA with 1-4 years of Program Management experience.Strong project management skills with a track record of successful program implementation.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Ability to engage with regional teams and drive them for ensuring resultsPersona :Experience of Scaling up Program or Managing National Programs.Exposure to a fast paced execution environment with High level of ownership & execution rigorPreferred Industries : Insurance, FinTech , Banks , NBFCExperience of handling/managing development/growth initiatives and strategy roles.
