Role: OKTA - ManagerLocation: BangaloreExperience supporting Okta Access Management and/or Okta Identity Governance implementations.Assisted in transitioning applications from manual user management and custom authentication mechanisms to Okta-based SSO and automated provisioning.Integrated applications using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.Supported configuration of SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication policies.Assisted in implementing IGA use cases, including:User lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver)Access request and approval workflowsRole and group-based accessAccess reviews and certificationsSupported onboarding of workforce and partner applications into Okta.Configured groups, group rules, profile mappings, and claims.Supported logging, monitoring, and audit requirements using Okta System Logs and SIEM tools.Participated in factory onboarding and bulk application integrations.Performed L2/L3 troubleshooting for authentication, provisioning, and access issues.Contributed to design documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.Exposure to automation or scripting using Okta APIs, PowerShell, or Python.Desired qualifications Understanding of IGA fundamentals such as JML, RBAC, access requests, and certifications.Exposure to greenfield IAM implementations.Familiarity with DevOps or automation concepts.Okta certification (or actively pursuing).10+ years of experience working in IAM Domain.Highly self-motivated and proactive with very well-developed analytical reasoning andcommunication skills Strong understanding of the Risk and Control principles and a proven record of effectively managing risks within business.Leadership with confidence and an ability to inspire others - capable of leading andmotivating a team of high calibre individuals into new challenges.Acts as a point of reference and can respond to day-to-day direction, financial and operational queries.B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields Able to assess impact of decisions and propose reasoned recommendations.Proven experience overseeing operational approaches and tools and assessing effectiveness.
