Role: Associate Client Solutions PartnerLocation: Mumbai/Bangalore (Hybrid)Experience Range: 5-7 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Customer EngagementPartner with internal sales, Google and Client teams to qualify opportunities, understand requirements, and define technical scopeLead technical discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions with Google and customersAct as the primary technical advisor to customersSolution DesignDesign high-level and detailed GCP solution architectures for infrastructure modernization and security use casesPropose VM migration and application migration strategies and design end to end solution for GCVE, GCE and GKEDefine GCP Foundations / Landing Zone architectures including networking, IAM, security, logging, monitoring, and governanceDesign DevOps, DR & Backup architectures using native GCP and 3rd party solutionsTechnical Enablement & DemonstrationCreate and deliver technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture diagramsConduct demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and capability showcases (as required)Clearly articulate business value, ROI, and technical differentiation of the proposed solutionsProposal OwnershipContribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and Statements of Work from a technical perspectiveDefine solution assumptions, sizing, effort estimates, commercials and architecture artifactsCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and secureSecurity & Best Practices AdvisoryAdvise customers on GCP security best practices, compliance considerations, and risk mitigation strategiesPosition security-first architectures covering IAM, network security, data protection, and governanceSupport conversations around regulatory compliance and enterprise security postureRequired SkillsTechnical Skills6+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to cloud pre-sales or solution architectureExperience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including:Compute Engine (GCE), VMware Engine (GCVE), Kubernetes Engine (GKE), VPC, NGFW, IAM, Cloud Storage, Load Balancing, Monitoring & LoggingExperience in designing solution for on-prem / AWS / Azure to GCPStrong understanding of GCP Foundations / Landing ZonesSolid understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and automationKnowledge of Disaster Recovery, Backup, and High Availability architectures on GCPFamiliarity with Terraform / IaC conceptsCommunication & Stakeholder SkillsExcellent customer-facing communication and presentation skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong documentation and proposal-writing skillsConfident in leading architecture discussions and influencing customer decisionsGood to HaveExperience in VMware, AWS and Azure solutionsGCP Certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Associate Cloud Engineer)
