The candidate should be skilled in creating an engaging learning environment and nurturing students’ language skills, moral values, and overall development.Key Responsibilities:Teach Hindi language (reading, writing, grammar, and oral skills) to primary classes.Plan and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.Use creative teaching methods such as stories, rhymes, activities, and visual aids.Assess and evaluate students’ academic progress and maintain records.Encourage positive classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.Participate in school activities, events, PTMs, and staff meetings.Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators for academic planning.Provide individual attention to students as required.Follow school policies, discipline guidelines, and teaching standards.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Hindi / Education (B.A. Hindi, B.Ed preferred).Relevant teaching certification (mandatory as per school norms).Minimum [1–3] years of experience in teaching primary students (freshers may apply if trained).Excellent command over Hindi language (spoken and written).Basic computer skills (MS Word, PPT, online teaching tools if required).
