7 – 10 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firmHands on experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives or Data & AI transformationHands On experience in designing and building end-to-end Enterprise AI and Gen AI Strategic Solutions using Cloud & Non-Cloud platforms like Google Vertex and Gemini, Azure AI, Open AI, Co-Pilot, Amazon Bedrock, IBM Watson, DataRobot etc.Excellent understanding of Traditional AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI and Advanced Cognitive methods to derive insights and actionsGood working knowledge in formulation of relevant guiding principles and platform components with expertise in Responsible AI frameworks is highly preferred3+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing Data & AI strategy recommendations as well as developing POCsDeep Understanding of data supply chain and building value realization framework for Data & AI transformationsMandatory knowledge of IT & Enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, CollaborationA strong understanding in any of the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources or equivalent domainsCloud AI Practitioner Certifications (Azure, AWS, Google) desirable but not essential
