Role: Lead Consultant – Xpertdoc CCM (Insurance Domain)Infosys is seeking an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of Xpertdoc CCM solutions within the insurance domain. This is an excellent opportunity to work on transformative projects and deliver scalable, compliant solutions for leading insurers.Role Highlights:Lead CCM solution implementations for insurance processes (Policy Issuance, Claims, Endorsements)Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional and technical specificationsDesign document templates, workflows, and integration strategies with core insurance systemsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirementsManage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, mentor junior consultantsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environmentsRequired Qualifications:9+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years in CCM/Xpertdoc implementationsStrong knowledge of insurance domain (Life, P&C, or Health)Experience in API integrations, XML/JSON, and document generation workflowsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills:Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar policy administration systemsFamiliarity with cloud deployment (Azure/AWS)SQL and data mapping skillsLocation: PAN India (Hybrid Mode)
