We’re building a team that shares our vision of transforming how India manages credit.Goodscore Raises Series AAbout the Role:We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who can drive complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end. You will work closely with engineering, product, design, data, and business teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of critical initiatives. This role requires strong technical depth, execution rigor, and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering teamsTranslate product and business goals into clear technical plans, milestones, and execution roadmapsPartner closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offsTrack program progress using metrics, dashboards, and regular status reportingIdentify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes, and proactively drive resolutionEnsure alignment on architecture decisions, system design, and technical standardsDrive operational excellence through process improvements, retrospectives, and best practicesFacilitate clear communication across stakeholders, leadership, and external partners where requiredSupport release planning, go-live readiness, and post-launch analysisRequired Qualifications:5–8 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in a Technical Program Manager / Engineering Program Manager roleStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologiesHands-on experience working with backend systems, APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale platformsAbility to read and understand technical designs, architecture diagrams, and engineering trade-offsProven experience managing multiple parallel programs with high ambiguity and tight timelinesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood to HavePrior engineering background (Computer Science / IT) or hands-on development experienceExperience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced product companiesFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or similarExposure to domains like FinTech, SaaS, Consumer Tech, or Platform productsExperience working with distributed teams and complex system integrationsWhat We Look ForStrong ownership mindset and execution biasAbility to operate at both high-level strategy and low-level execution detailComfort working in ambiguity and driving clarity for teamsCollaborative leader who can influence without authority
