We've been awarded by PM of India Mr. Narendra Modi at Global Conference on cybersecurity.About the RoleWe're seeking high agency individuals who own and scale our penetration testing vertical from an operations perspective. The role requires candidates with a practical knowledge of vulnerability assessments & penetration tests, and having managed hundreds of monthly pentests at scale.ResponsibilitiesDrive Operational Excellence: Ensure the successful execution of 100+ pentests per month, delivered efficiently, on time, and within defined service levels.Maintain Zero Escalations: Uphold zero tolerance for quality or timeline escalations, this is the primary KPI for the role.Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the operational bridge between the Pentest Team, Pentest Team Lead and Customer Success Team to resolve customer-side blockers such as access issues, scoping clarifications, or environment constraints.Process & Product Improvement: Identify gaps in the current workflow and recommend enhancements to make the pentesting process increasingly self-serve for customers.Automation & Efficiency: Champion automation initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks and improve throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.Timeline Ownership: Fully own end-to-end pentest scheduling, progress tracking, and delivery timelines, ensuring predictable and consistent execution.Quality Governance: Own and validate the quality of all pentests, ensuring accuracy of detections, depth of analysis, and clarity of reporting.Customer Escalation Handling: Join customer calls when needed to manage or diffuse escalations, provide clarity, and reinforce confidence in delivery.Performance-Linked Incentives: Role includes variable compensation based on pentest quality score (similar to CSAT) and escalation metrics.Enterprise Customer Ownership: Serve as the direct technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, ensuring smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.QualificationsPrior experience as a hands-on pentesters.Project management capabilities.Automation first mindset. Hands-on experience with AI tooling.
