Project Manager

This multi-disciplinary role requires a hybrid professional who can seamlessly navigate business operations, internal/external communications, marketing, and venture projects within the rapidly evolving GCC region.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess sharp communication skills, and have a proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution across various functions:Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage and coordinate strategic projects, high-profile events, and key partnerships across the GCC region.Strategic Communications: Prepare clear, concise, and professional decks, memos, and internal updates for senior leadership and partners.Ecosystem Engagement: Support local collaborations, joint ventures, and broader ecosystem engagements to enhance Ion Pacific’s presence.Operational Alignment: Work closely with investment and operations teams to ensure smooth and aligned execution across all functional areas.Liaison & Communications: Act as the central liaison for all critical communications, managing both internal flow and external messaging.Marketing & Digital: Leverage proficiency in social media, marketing, and digital communication to support firm initiatives.Ideal Background & QualificationsExperience: 4–8 years of professional experience, ideally within venture capital, a founder’s office, consulting, or project management within a high-growth environment.Communication & Presentation: Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills (proven ability to create high-impact materials).Digital Fluency: Proficiency in social media, marketing, and modern digital communication tools.Financial Literacy: Comfort interpreting basic financial models, budgets, and reports (technical analyst skills are not required, but financial fluency is essential).Venture Context: Experience working with portfolio companies or managing multi-project environments (e.g., VC fund operations, consulting projects).Agility: A quick learner able to ramp up fast and effectively manage multiple concurrent strategic projects under pressure.Location & TravelPrimary Location: On-site in Doha, Qatar is strongly preferred or willing to reloacteTravel: May involve occasional travel within the GCC region for events, meetings, and partnerships.Preferred Candidates: Individuals with a background in venture capital or a founder’s office will be highly valued.
