Location: Trivandrum/Bangalore, Onsite-Middle East (as per project requirement, need to travel onsite)Seeking a Test Lead with proven expertise in Card-based banking solutions and Digital Banking platforms to join our team immediately.Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in testing, with minimum 5 years in FIS IST/Cortex. Deep knowledge of Card Management Solutions, especially FIS Cortex and IST.Hands-on experience with:o All modules of FIS IST Switch/Cortexo Cortex Authorization rules, product setup, risk rules, feeso Acquiring modules, POS, and Cortex APIso Card life cycle management, FIS clearing/payment monitoringStrong interaction with Visa, MasterCard, NAPS, AMEX, UPIExpertise in NFC, Contactless, Tokenization-based transactionsTesting experience in ATMs, scheme compliance (Visa/MasterCard), and simulators (OTS, Visa, MasterCard)Familiarity with MTIP, VSDC, and terminal certificationKnowledge of ISO8583 message format, Oracle 19c, and PL/SQLComprehensive understanding of EMV, VBV, PCI, and card applications
