Skills required:Sound technical knowledge and practical experience of Ind AS, IFRS , Indian GAAP, and/or US GAAPPractical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting processPractical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspectiveFamiliarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirementsPossess strong domain knowledge, has strong accounting foundation skillsExperience of financial reporting / accounting implications for M&A / group restructuringExperience of financial reporting and finance transformation projects would be an added advantageRoles & Responsibility:End to end project management. Key activities include guiding the team on technical accounting / financial reporting matters, manage client relationships, monitor project progress and relevant operational / financial matters.Application of IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and / or US GAAP or an equivalent GAAP on engagements GAAP conversion and / or topical queries on technical accounting mattersFinancial reporting support (technical as well process related) services to clientsAssist clients with respect to financial reporting requirements in connection with listing of securitiesDemonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledgePossess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledgeWork with stringent deadlines and deliver effectively and efficientlyPreferred Candidate:Should be CA qualifiedAuditing experience is an advantageExcellent client management and communication skillsStrong stakeholder management experience
