Key Responsibilities:• Launch Support: Assist in day-to-day coordination and execution of new business initiatives• Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to ensure timely execution of creative assets, on-ground materials, and communication rollouts.• Operational Support: Maintain basic trackers, follow up with internal teams, and ensure alignment across supply and demand functions.• Feedback & Insights: Collect on-ground feedback to identify gaps and opportunities during pilot and rollout phases.• Customer & Partner Management: Handle chats and calls with customers and service partners to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolutionWho You Are:• A fast learner with strong communication and coordination skills.• Detail-oriented, reliable, and execution-driven.• Available to work from our Bangalore office.Note :The candidate must know Hindi, English, and Kannada.
