Executive P&CI-Control Monitoring

Job Title : Analyst/Executive P&CI-Control Monitoring (India)Location : BangaloreQualifications & Experience - CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA/MBA, 1–3 years of experience in internal controls, audit, risk management, or compliance roles.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport process and control owners in performing control self-assessments, Review, challenge, and validate CSA results.Monitor and perform testing of key controls ( ICFR framework). Identify control deficiencies and actively support management in remediation plansEnsure all key controls are continuously monitored and/or frequently tested to provide Management with timely insights over the effectiveness of the controls.Prepare periodic reports and dashboards summarizing control monitoring outcomes, trends, and remediation progress for management reviews.Review compliance to UBL / Heineken policies and procedures and regulatory requirementsConduct risk assessments of key business processes to identify potential areas of improvementParticipate in awareness sessions and trainings to strengthen the control culture across business functions.Support Process owners in the design and documentation of business processes and controls, wherever relevant apply the Global Business process and control design.Drive and contribute to continuous improvement projects.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Good understanding of internal controls, governance, and risk management, Finance processes.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within defined timelines.Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
