Services Procurement Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesLead services procurement activities covering subcontractors, third‑party services, consulting, and contingent staffing.Own vendor management lifecycle, including onboarding, performance tracking, renewals, and compliance.Draft, negotiate, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), work orders, and service agreements in alignment with contracting frameworks.Ensure effective agreement management, including adherence to SLAs, milestones, commercials, and expiration timelines.Collaborate with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure risk mitigation and commercial optimization.Manage service delivery governance, resolving vendor performance issues and driving continuous improvement.Oversee contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations with service providers.Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports for spend analysis, vendor performance, and contract compliance.Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.Required Skills & Experience5–10 years of hands‑on experience in services procurement, vendor management, or commercial contracting.Strong experience with subcontractors, third-party vendors, consulting services, and contingent staffing models.Practical exposure to contracting frameworks, SOWs, work orders, and agreement management.Excellent Excel skills, including advanced reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.Solid understanding of service management and vendor governance best practices.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.Experience working in fast‑paced, matrixed, or global environments.Ability to balance commercial rigor with partnership‑oriented vendor relationships.
