Responsibilities include employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and development programs to align with organizational goals. The role also involves managing employee relations, implementing HR strategies, and working closely with department heads to address staffing and compliance needs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru, and a preference will be given to local candidates.QualificationsProficiency in HR Management, Employee Relations, and Workforce PlanningExperience in Employee Training, Development, and Performance ManagementKnowledge of Labor Law Compliance and Compensation & Benefits AdministrationStrong Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skillsProven problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industryFamiliarity with HR software and tools is an advantageAbility to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
