Site Manager

Job Summary:The Site Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of assigned food service sites, ensuring smooth operations, quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and team management. The role requires strong operational control, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to manage on-ground challenges effectively.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the assigned site (cafeteria / corporate dining / cloud kitchen)Ensure timely and high-quality food service as per company standardsManage and supervise kitchen and service staff, including attendance, scheduling, and performanceMaintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (FSSAI, audits, etc.)Coordinate with procurement and stores for inventory planning and stock controlMonitor food cost, wastage, and overall site profitabilityAct as the primary point of contact for client coordination and issue resolutionHandle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levelsEnsure proper maintenance of equipment and coordinate with maintenance teamsPrepare daily/weekly reports (MIS, consumption, wastage, attendance, etc.)Implement SOPs and ensure operational discipline across the siteRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field3–6 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in corporate catering / cloud kitchensStrong leadership and team management skillsGood understanding of kitchen operations and service standardsKnowledge of food safety and hygiene complianceAbility to handle client interactions professionallyProblem-solving and decision-making skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in managing multiple outlets or large-volume sitesFamiliarity with MIS reporting and cost controlExposure to audits and compliance processesKey Competencies:Leadership and ownershipOperational excellenceClient managementCost control mindsetTime and people management
