Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and talent trendsCandidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future leadership needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified individualsStakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies and best practicesInfluencing Hiring Decisions: Effectively communicate candidate profiles, insights, and recommendations to influence hiring decisions and ensure the selection of high-caliber talentAre you who we're searching for2+ years of experience with fast paced consumer-tech organizations, managing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes (non tech recruitment experience is preferred)Strong reporting and data management capabilities and experience working with microsoft excel, google sheets and various ATS toolsStrong understanding of Indian startup ecosystem and ability to hold conversations with candidates across different experience levelsOutstanding knowledge on market mapping, research and competitive talent landscapeAbility to speak and understand the functional language of the leaders you interact withExcellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional time-management skillsStrong negotiation and sales skills with a keen eye on details for accuracy
