Our customers include industry leaders from Retail & CPG, Lifescience & Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Hospitality, and Logistic & Supply Chain.Job Role: Senior Manager – Digital Analytics & Customer Journey (Adobe Analytics, AJO, CJA)Experience: 10–16 years (with at least 5+ years in client-facing consulting roles) Role SummaryWe are seeking a client-facing Consulting Senior Manager to lead Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) engagements for enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and advanced analytics, and is responsible for driving measurable outcomes such as revenue uplift, conversion optimization, personalization effectiveness, and marketing ROI.You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, CMO, Head of Digital/MarTech) while also providing hands-on technical leadership to delivery teams. The role requires deep Adobe ecosystem expertise, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and decisions. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & ConsultingServe as the primary engagement lead for Adobe Analytics, AJO, and CJA programs across multiple clients or large complex accountsPartner with client executives to define measurement strategies, personalization roadmaps, and customer journey transformation initiativesTranslate business objectives (growth, retention, CLV, cross-sell) into data-driven use cases and KPIsOwn executive communications, including steering committee updates, QBRs, and roadmap discussions Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Adobe Experience Cloud capabilitiesAdobe Analytics & Measurement StrategyLead enterprise implementations and optimizations of Adobe Analytics (AppMeasurement / Web SDK)Define and govern event taxonomy, data layers, eVars, props, classifications, and processing rulesEstablish best practices for cross-domain, cross-device, and mobile app measurement Drive advanced analysis such as conversion funnels, attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and pathingCustomer Journey Analytics (CJA)Design and implement CJA data models using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) datasetsLead identity stitching and profile unification strategies across online and offline data sourcesEnable cross-channel journey analysis across web, mobile, CRM, call center, and campaign data Coach teams and clients on using CJA for journey optimization and executive storytellingAdobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)Lead AJO use case design for real-time, batch, and event-triggered journeysDefine journey orchestration strategies, decisioning logic, and personalization frameworksPartner with marketing teams to operationalize next-best-action and next-best-offer use cases Ensure alignment between AJO journeys, analytics measurement, and business KPIsTeam & Delivery LeadershipLead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams (analysts, architects, engineers, and consultants)Provide hands-on review and guidance on solution design and delivery qualityEstablish delivery standards, reusable assets, and accelerators Drive onshore–offshore delivery models with high client satisfactionThought LeadershipSupport pre-sales activities including solution design, estimates, and client presentationsContribute to Adobe capability building, POVs, case studies, and internal enablement Represent the firm as a subject matter expert in client workshops, conferences, and webinarsRequired Skills & ExperienceCore Experience10+ years in digital analytics, MarTech, or customer experience consultingStrong hands-on experience with:Adobe AnalyticsAdobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Proven track record of leading enterprise, client-facing engagementsTechnical & Functional ExpertiseDeep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts and datasetsStrong knowledge of identity resolution, consent management, and data governanceExperience integrating Adobe tools with CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and data warehouses Ability to connect analytics outputs to revenue, personalization impact, and marketing performanceConsulting & Communication SkillsExceptional executive communication and storytelling skillsAbility to simplify complex analytics into clear business insightsStrong stakeholder management across marketing, product, IT, and data teams Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced client environmentsPreferred QualificationsAdobe Certifications (one or more):Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner / DeveloperAdobe Journey OptimizerAdobe Customer Journey AnalyticsExperience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Target, RTCDP) Background in industries such as Retail, BFSI, Travel, MediaWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleClients view you as a trusted advisor, not just an implementation partnerAdobe Analytics, AJO, and CJA programs clearly demonstrate business value and ROITeams are motivated, well-guided, and delivering at high qualityYou actively shape and grow the firm’s Adobe consulting practice
