This platform enables planners and buyers to move from manual, fragmented decision-making to AI-assisted and agent-driven workflows.We are seeking a Director of Product, Replenishment & Planning to lead this transformation from our GCC. This leader will own the replenishment and planning products supporting the build of End-to-End Ordering Platform, while building and leading a high-performing team of Product leaders and support the optimization of supply and replenishment planning activities.If you are passionate about building AI-native platforms — not just models, but the data intelligence layer that makes them work — this role is for you.Position Purpose:This role is responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end ordering platform across Demand Planning and Replenishment. You will lead the integration of forecasting, buying, inventory, and supply signals into a unified decisioning system powered by AI, semantic data layers, and agent-based workflows.A critical responsibility of this role is partnering with GCC AI & Data teams to build the Data Modernization platform, including ontology, knowledge graph, and semantic layer foundations.If you are looking to play a part in a major Supply Chain transformation that will revolutionize online grocery shopping, come join us!Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead End-to-End Ordering Platform Strategy: Define and drive the vision for an integrated planning and replenishment platform that connects demand forecasting, inventory, and buying into one unified system.Build and Lead Product Organization: Manage and mentor a team of Principal PMs, Sr. PMs, PMs, and AI Data PMs, establishing strong product practices and execution rigor across GCC.Drive Data Modernization Platform: Partner with AI & Data teams to build ontology, knowledge graph, and semantic layers that enable AI-driven insights, explainability, and scalable decisioning.Translate Business Workflows into AI Systems: Convert Demand Planner and Replenishment Buyer workflows into structured, scalable, AI-enabled decision frameworks reducing manual effort and improving consistency.Enable AI, GenAI, and Agent-Based Decisioning: Ensure the platform supports prediction, explanation, and action through AI models, GenAI insights, and agent-driven workflows.Deliver Business Outcomes: Improve key supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, fill rate, in-stock, inventory productivity, and reduction in manual interventions.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Supply Chain, Retail, Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams to align strategy, execution, and adoption across US and GCC.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.12+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or related leadership roles.Strong experience in Demand Planning, Replenishment, or Inventory Management domains.Experience leading large product or domain teams.Experience with data modernization (semantic layer, ontology, knowledge graph)Experience working with data platforms, AI/ML systems, or enterprise analytics solutions.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Highly Desirable:Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Replenishment, or Inventory domain expertise.Experience with Blue Yonder (JDA), ERP, or retail replenishment systems.Exposure to LLM-powered systems or agent frameworks.Experience building explainable AI systems.Knowledge of data cataloging and governance frameworks.Experience building AI-driven or agent-based decision systems.Additional Skills:Strong systems thinker with ability to abstract business processes into structured knowledge.Ability to influence without authority across global teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working across time zones (US–GCC collaboration).Strong bias toward structured thinking and scalable design.
