Key Performance Objectives:Achieve Revenue up to 50 Lacs plus p.a., with Gross Margin and units sold Targets.Target local Corporate Organizations to sell customized solutions & services.Generate Leads independently (cold calls, appointments, referrals, web leads, branding & marketing campaigns & inter-departmental synergy leads) as applicable.Negotiate & close sales orders independently by sales presentations, RFPs (Request for Proposals), SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with customers.Additional expertise in Account Management will be an added advantage i.e., (service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, cross-selling upselling deep-selling etc.)Ensure a reliable sales pipeline using CRM for continuous & accelerated growth.Customer FocusCustomer Focus Builds customer confidence, is committed to increasing customer satisfaction, maintains achievable customer expectations, assumes responsibility for solving customer problems, ensures commitments to customers are met, seeks opinions and ideas from customers, responds to internal customers.InfluencingProactively identifies ways in which to persuade others to his/her way of thinking.
