We’re searching for an experienced BDM (4–8 years) who partners cross-functionally to drive measurable results. The ideal hire will execute an effective sales approach that expands our reach across Nutanix, Red Hat and AWS, Azure, GCP, strengthens client relationships, and uplifts our sales capability. They’ll also proactively pursue new opportunities (HCI, migrations, Backup/Replication, DR automation, CMP, Kubernetes, managed services, private/hybrid cloud) that boost revenue and set us apart.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-level industry and account research to craft effective solutions (DC modernization, VMware→Nutanix migrations, OpenShift/K8s, IaC/automation, DR/BCP).Promote AvancerPI’s services, solutions, and accelerators to prospective clients; run discovery, workshops, demos/POCs with architects.Participate in collaborative business reviews to update stakeholders on pipeline, risks, and next actions.Provide continuous, constructive feedback and enablement to salespeople on messaging, and objection handling.Review proposals/SoWs and commercial terms to ensure legal and corporate compliance.Interact with clients and respond promptly to key technical and commercial inquiries.Partner & ecosystem motions: Identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and drive co-sell/joint campaigns with Nutanix/Red Hat/VMware and AWS/Azure/GCP. Skills and qualificationsProven record of sales growth in B2B tech services/solutions (cloud, data center, or automation).Experience in customer service/marketing/sales with enterprise stakeholders.Strong knowledge of business development techniques (prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, closing).Solid project/Deal management skills: opportunity strategy, milestones, risks, stakeholders.Clear verbal and written communication with executive presence.High enthusiasm for AvancerPI’s cloud/automation vision and growth potential.Private cloud familiarity: VMware (vSphere/NSX), Nutanix (AOS/AHV/Prism/NCM Self-Service/Calm), Red Hat (RHEL/OpenShift basics).Public cloud basics: AWS, Azure, GCP (networking, IAM, landing zones, cost).Comfort selling migrations, DR automation, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes concepts.Preferred qualificationsExperience managing sales or marketing teams; sharp negotiation and networking skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Educational background in business/marketing/finance (or equivalent experience).Exposure to regulated enterprises (BFSI/Govt) and compliance-driven programs.Familiarity with BDM core role pillars—market expansion, partnership building, revenue strategy, stakeholder alignment, and deal execution.About AvancerPIAt AvancerPI Solutions, we pride ourselves on being trusted advisors, delivering IT transformations with precision and innovation.
