We are looking for freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience.Role DescriptionToffee Coffee Roasters is seeking a full time Quick Commerce Operations and Ads Manager to join our team in Bengaluru.In this on site role, you will be responsible for managing end to end operations and advertising across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket and others to drive visibility, availability and sales growth.Your responsibilities will include planning and executing advertising campaigns, optimizing listings and platform visibility, analyzing campaign and sales performance, managing ad budgets, tracking inventory and stock availability across warehouses and pods, coordinating purchase orders and replenishment, and ensuring smooth operational execution across platforms.Qualifications0-2 years of experience in e commerce, quick commerce, or marketplace operations (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart)Experience in consumer brands, FMCG, or food and beverage industry is a mustHands on experience managing ads and promotional campaigns on marketplace or quick commerce platformsStrong understanding of quick commerce operations including inventory management, purchase orders, warehouse stock tracking, and catalog managementAbility to analyze sales data, campaign performance, and platform dashboards to optimize growthExperience managing ad budgets, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns across multiple platformsStrong coordination skills to work with sales, marketing, supply chain, and platform account managersExcellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast paced startup environment and managing multiple platforms simultaneouslyProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, tracking sales, and performance analysisBased in Bengaluru and available to work on site
