Duty Manager

Functional Responsibility:Plan and ensure effective functioning of the team round the clock, including insourced and outsourced employees.Ensure implementation of AVSEC measures, supervision and coordination of security related activities at airports Ensure effective threat assessment & response procedures in place in coordination with HOS and Quality team.Maintain performance standard and achieve department goal in line with regulatory and company goalliaison with the government agencies, security agencies, other security /safety related departments, airport operator, airport authority and other appropriate authorities responsible for security functions. Ensure that staff acquire and maintain necessary skillsAdministrative responsibilities:Updating of manuals and local proceduresEnsure competent and qualifies work force are detailed for dutyVerify invoices
