Assistant Manager-TA (B2B - Sales Hiring) Location: Jakkur, Bangalore (Onsite, 5 days a week)Experience: 6+ to 12 yrs years of ExperienceCompany: Ample TechnologiesAbout the Role:We are looking for a Assistant Manager-TA to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to support our B2B business operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for B2B Sales roles .Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and design effective hiring strategies.Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring B2B roles.Track and manage recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).Ensure smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.Required Skills & Experience:Experience in Talent AcquisitionProven experience in hiring for frontline and leadership roles in B2B Sales.Strong stakeholder management skills – able to collaborate with business heads, HR partners, and hiring managers.Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and networking.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in MS Excel / recruitment dashboards for reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with a leading retail Brands and B2B Sales HiringExposure to high-volume hiringCollaborative work culture with strong focus on career growth.
