About Investment Research (IR)As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.What you will be doing at Evalueserve-Build, maintain, and update equity research modelsSupport analysts in writing quarterly earnings reviews / previews and company updates, theme-based, and event-based reports, as well as in publishing periodical reportsCreate and maintain company- and industry-specific databasesCreate and update company and sector-specific presentations for marketing and roadshow activitiesCollect financial data using online and other sources such as Bloomberg and Thomson ReutersHandle ad hoc research requests / client queriesBenchmark companies by using financial and operating statisticsCollect information from industry or sector databasesSummarize investment conference callsWhat we are looking for:CA / MBA / CFA with 2+ years of experience in equity research-sell side Strong financial modelling and analytical skillsAbility to structure and write some sections of reports (should be able to frame views and write them effectively)Good communication skills (ability to put across thoughts clearly and confidently)A multi-tasker with the ability to manage the entire workflowCapability to generate interesting observations / ideas from news / events / dataAbility to maintain accuracy and consistency is criticalShould be self-motivated and proactiveDisclaimer: The following job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
