Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads through various channels, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.  Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and databases. Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Maintain and update lead information. Follow up with prospects to schedule meetings or calls for the sales team. Understand company products/services and effectively communicate value propositions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects. Required Skills: Good communication skills (verbal & written) Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and internet research Confident and persuasive personality Quick learner with a positive attitude  Qualification: Any Graduate or PG (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred) not for Btech, BCA or MCA What We Offer: Training and mentorship Career growth opportunities in Sales & Business Development Performance-based incentives Friendly and supportive work environment
