The company with about 800+ employees across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country. This role will be responsible for developing analysis, reports, dashboards, and presentations supporting pricing excellence activities and projects. The analyst shall maintain Power BI analytics, dashboards, and reports based on data warehouse and different ERP and CRM systems. Working with Pricing Manager to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational pricing and data initiatives, including Bowler initiatives on price compliance and tracking. Supporting in several operational, data, and Power BI and Agentic AI initiatives supporting TSS and TMS business initiatives and reports.About the JobAnalyze and identify opportunities to optimize sales, profitability and leakage prevention through pricing strategiesPerform margin and pricing analysis in order to support business initiatives (TITLE Projects, New product introductions)Provide analysis and technical support for pricing maintenance initiative that include setting list prices and discount structuresLead competitive intelligence initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing market data, competitor pricing, and industry trendsAudits price deviation from standard level to ensure accuracy and investigates root causes and corrective actionsSupport in report development and audit process to track contract pricing and customer commitmentsUse a variety of statistical modeling methods to prepare analysis that show the potential impact of various pricing strategies.Work with pricing specialists and product value manager for timely and accurate execution of price adjustmentsMaintain standard product price lists within pricing tools and systemsSupport the development and refinement of pricing reports, tools, policies, and proceduresAbout the Ideal CandidateEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering3-4 years of business experience and Masters in analytics preferred.Strong experience in Power BI (at least 4 years)Tech Stack: Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, Power BI gatewayDemonstrated experience working with AI platforms (such as Copilot AI, or similar) in a business analytics or pricing context.Strong knowledge on MS OfficeStatistical tools working experience such as R and/or PythonStrong communication skills and willingness to seek help when needed.Comfortable working across time zones and with remote managementOur Benefits for YouWork in the multicultural work environmentDetailed induction training for your new tasks: You will get to know our company, your contacts, and our structuresAn exciting, multifaceted, and interdisciplinary field of activity.#ShapingIndustryfromtheInside#Trelleborg is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we take pride in the diversity of our employees, valuing the special experience and expertise that people from different backgrounds bring to our business.
