Job Purpose:To drive the merchandise strategy Women’s apparel and accessory business across offline and online channels. Build brand’s image in the market and profitability to the business while improving in-take margins, efficiency and effective range planning.Job Context:The Senior Buyer for women’s wear will play a pivotal role in strengthening and positioning the women's department as a leading destination for international fashion. This position involves designing and executing a comprehensive brand and product strategy to address portfolio gaps, introduce relevant brands and categories, and ensure the profitability and market competitiveness of the department. The Senior Buyer will drive the curation of an exciting, trend-forward assortment, manage key supplier relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
