Position: Business Manager- Founder’sOffice Location: Bengaluru Experience: 5+ Years Role Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly capable Business Manager to support the MD and the CEO in managing their schedules, coordinating leadership interactions/meetings, and ensuring seamless functioning of the leadership office. The role requires strong organisational capability, sound judgment, and the ability to represent the Founder’s office with clarity and discretion. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly calendars and leadership meetings Coordinate with vertical heads and ensure timely follow-through on action points Handle all communication on behalf of the Founder across calls, emails, messages, and meetings Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretionUpdate and manage CRM systems and maintain databases of clients and key stakeholders Coordinate travel, itineraries, logistics, and end-to-end arrangements for leadership Support the Founder in driving organisational vision across six verticals by aligning and coordinating with the respective heads/leads Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely communication between departmentsBuild strong professional relationships and navigate diverse senior stakeholders effectively Provide administrative and operational support with accuracy, prioritisation, and ownershipRequirements Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management abilityHighly organised, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments Ability to manage multiple priorities with maturity, discretion, and accountability Experience in corporate communication and familiarity with social media is an added advantage
