Scope The Workday Data and Reporting Analyst /Senior Analyst position will be responsible for the accurate data and reporting from the Workday system. This role will complete a variety of data and reporting activities through case management and project assignments. This critical role will possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with and gather requirements from internal stakeholders to guide data-driven decisions at the company. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 4 years of HR reporting, 3 years with Workday Reporting Workday data maintenance experience with EIB/mass uploads and manual changes Workday report writer/development experience across multiple functional domain areas in HR This is inclusive but not limited to advanced, matrix and composite reports Experience with migration between tenants in Workday Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or an HR Center of Excellence. Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership within BrandSafway. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization. Passionate about process improvement and knowledge sharing. Exceptional customer service skills. Effectively prioritizes workload comprised of both transactional and project-based tasks. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Discovery Boards. Knowledge of Workday core structure (Business Processes, Organizations, Security) Experience in Agile methodology Preferably knowledge required in Prism Job Responsibilities Completion of reporting work assignments & projects within the agreed upon reporting SLAs and project timelines. Communicates status of tickets and projects to key stakeholders. Leads reporting assignment & project intake/status calls as needed. Partners other workday pillars to build strategic roadmap while ensuring tactical requests are completed on time. Produce and create Workday reports and develop solutions to meet current and future business needs. Actively searches for data issues and discrepancies, tests and applies updates to one or multiple data records. Creates documentation on governance for data and reporting and follows appropriate governance model for data. Produce and create Workday Dashboards to meet current and future business needs. Collaborate with Reporting team and other stakeholders to collect report requirements, create and share prototypes. Lead sessions with stakeholders to collect and scope requirements for data and reporting needs. Develop testing scripts to ensure reports are tested thoroughly, with requirements signed off. Work within a case management tool for handling and prioritizing report requests. Maintain a report repository for end-users. Serve as the subject matter expert to assist team members. Provide best practices and high-quality deliverables.
